    I'm 66 and recovering from a truck/bike accident, bike lost. Just completed week 4 and have been following the program diligently. Not lying!! Definitely like the results & have added a Friday HITT workout to the strength schedule. Suggestion for the Vo2 max workout --- instead of a sand bag use oxygen bottles for the xtra weight and strap a portable defibrillator to the hull instead of a bungee.
